Bore & key
Pilot-bore and taper-lock hubs, pulleys and sprockets. Typical range 30–250 mm. Broaching and slotting on the same site.
Gears, sprockets, pulleys
Cut or modify. Spur, worm wheels, sprockets. Historic MS90 / Stockport Gears kit still in the shop.
Shafts
Turning to ~4 m length / 900 mm diameter. Keyways on the XYZ bed mill. One-offs and batches.
Fabrication / repair
Sieve frames, guards, sleeves, the job that is not a catalogue number. Weekend collection is arranged with the counter — not standard hours.

- What failed, and the date you actually need it — not the date you hoped for.
- We will say yes, no, or “bring it in” during Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00.
