These conditions of sale apply to goods and machining supplied by Arrow Engineering Components Limited, company no. 02235902.
Prices on the site exclude VAT. VAT number on invoices / available on request. Confirmation is our written acknowledgement or invoice.
Same-day dispatch applies to stocked items confirmed in stock and ordered before 15:00, Mon–Fri. Call-to-confirm and made-to-order items are not same-day by default.
Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on collection or handover to the carrier. English law, English courts. This is a trade counter.
Catalogue parts
Unopened catalogue parts may be returned within 30 days of invoice, in saleable condition, with the original packaging. A restocking charge may apply. Call before you send anything back.
Bored / keyed items
Once we have bored or keyed a hub, pulley, sprocket or coupling to your size, it is not returnable unless we machined it wrong against the note or drawing you gave us.
Manufactured / repaired items
Parts we make or repair to drawing or sample are not returnable. If we missed the drawing, we remake. If the shaft and the drawing disagree, tell us which one wins before we cut.
