Problem

A pump builder needed a run of spacer couplings bored and keyed to two shaft sizes, not a one-off breakdown.

What Arrow did

Bored and keyed the batch in-house to their drawing. Hubs and spacers from stock where we held them; the rest made to the DBSE they specified.

Outcome

Assemblies shipped as a set, not as a pile of pilot bores for someone else to finish.
