Problem

A head-drum bearing had run. The housing was still serviceable; the adapter sleeve was not.

What Arrow did

Spherical roller and sleeve from stock, housing cleaned up, van out to site.

Outcome

Drum turning the same day. Dust seals added so the next one lasts longer than the last.
